REAL ESTATE PROJECT
The project name Easton and logo wordmark are derived from “east town”, the project location in an emerging neighbourhood just one block east of the sky train station.
The bold use of red and black is easy to reproduce in marketing collateral from signage to brochures and website.
The positioning line “Start here” alludes to the opportunity for first time buyers to “embark” on home ownership at Easton.
“Go anywhere” suggests easy access to the Metro Vancouver area by Skytrain as well as the potential future equity gains for Easton investors and homeowners.
A team effort that recently won
the 2014 GVHBA Ovation Award for Best Marketing Campaign.
The stylized letter “e” with arrows pointing in opposite directions reaffirms the positioning line “start here. go anywhere”
and symbolizes a key feature of the development - a central location
with access via the new Evergreen skytrain line to all regions in
the public transit system.
A successful design the Easton logo was
a 2012 Georgie Award finalist for Best Logo.
Sequential presentation illustrates emerging new transit based neighbourhood with oversized key maps and computer animation of future development. Active lifestyles of target market are displayed on oversized photos with high visibility to exterior and interior sides of storefront.
A simple folder style delivers information in an uncluttered format.
The strong contrast of red and black on the white cover suggests something important is coming as in a traffic light: stop, look and listen.
Black and red graphic borders and shapes throughout the brochure help define copy and visual areas keeping all material
clean and organized.
